Welcome to our Player Development Section

This area is for serious golfers who want to improve their golf performance in a disciplined, systematic, and scientific way. The methodologies employed are based upon the "Moneyball for Golf" system used at FGCU in the PGA Professional Golf Management Program (PGM).

Next, download the Golfer Psychological Profile Psych Test (press the down arrow key to download the excel file) answer the questions and email your answers (in excel) to Joe Groch at joe@gladescc.com. Call or email Joe for an appointment to review the results.





Finally, download the Play & Practice worksheets and begin to accumulate your statistics


Practice & Play Spreadsheets. After 10 rounds email the results to Joe and make an appointment to review and analyze your performance. To help you accumulate your statistics, I have included this 'Moneyball for Golf' scorecard Scorecard.
